**All sale items, discounted items, and clearance items are non-exchangeable, non-returnable, and non-refundable.
All Return requests must be made within 3 business days of the package being delivered, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Exchanges are allowed on new, unworn clothing for the same item in a different size ONLY.
All returns for refund purposes will incur a 15% restocking fee unless the error was made by Exclusively Fabulous (i.e. sending the wrong size/wrong item).
How do I make a return for a refund?
Exclusively Fabulous only accepts returns on clothing and shoe purchases. (Custom shoes, worn items, jewelry, handbags and accessories, i.e. hats, belts, gloves, scarves, etc. cannot be returned for ANY reason).
To make a return, please obtain authorization first by sending an email to customerservice@exclusivelyfabulous.com. Include in the subject line: Return Request . Only new unworn items,excluding the prohibited items, are accepted. If returned items have been worn, the item will be discarded and a refund will NOT be issued.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you did not pay shipping but will be making a return, the cost of the initial shipment will be deducted from your refund. The buyer is responsible for return shipping.
NO PRICE ADJUSTMENTS:
It is Exclusively Fabulous policy to not offer price adjustments on previously purchased merchandise. Discounts will not be applied retroactively.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after our receipt of package. Refunds will be credited via the original payment method. Refunds may take three (3) to five (5) business days to post to your account, depending on your bank and/or credit agency. If you do not receive your refund within ten (10) business days of our receiving your package, please contact us at customerservice@exclusivelyfabulous.com with your order information.
